Springtime at Red Wolf Falls
Mother Nature’s springtime promise of renewal, reigns supreme in the Hills of Hocking!
The Trails at Red Wolf Falls guide you into the secluded state forest- where not a soul can be found- and silence engulfs you….

Heavy spring rain brings the forest to life. Come experience the torrent of water flowing through Cedar Falls, Old Mans Cave and Ash Cave. For a moment you will think you are at Niagara Falls! Everywhere you turn a new waterfall forms spilling over the rocks and cliffs, utterly amazing! The light catches the falls and creates many dazzling rainbows.

As darkness descends upon the forest the Red Wolf comes to life and lights up the evening with an array of nightlife. Stargaze by a crackling fire that is silhouetted with prancing deer. Fire up the Gas Grill while taking in nature’s music of the night! Come and lose yourself in romantic evenings by candle and moonlight on the open upper deck!

Springtime in Hocking Hills is out of this world! Walk to Rock House and along the way discover many secrets hidden within our forest… where the Rock Oak trees and Hemlocks rival our 100 foot Rock Walls! Relax later with a long soak in our huge hot tub, all the while being wrapped in lush jungle like tapestry of green!

The magic never ends …A buck and doe can be found snacking on the tall grass while a swan sits atop her royal nest and a fish entertains in leaps and bounds in the marshes of Lake Logan. Peace and Harmony reign throughout the Hills of Hocking and Red Wolf Falls!
